No Family Should Face Sickle Cell Disease Alone
Sickle Cell Disease affects more than the individual living with the condition. It can place significant health, emotional, educational and financial pressure on entire families.
Since 2020, Friends Sickle Cell Foundation Uganda has worked alongside children living with Sickle Cell Disease, their caregivers and communities to address these challenges through integrated health, education, psychosocial and economic empowerment programmes.
